Wahl gold on sale filled fountain pen

Antique 4.25" long gold filled Wahl fountain pen. Dart or chevron on sale pattern. Nib marked Wahl 3. Lever filler.Has a monogram. Looks to be in very good condition but it is untested. I don't know alot about these pens.
