They were high grade Pine mushrooms that were picked in northern BC by me and my friends.
Picked with love snd dehydrated right in camp over a wood stove.
Thes dry mushrooms hydrate very well on sale and produce about 10x their dehydrated weight.
Can be used in soups, pasta risotto and lots of dishes.
