Made in Stainless Steel, the knife seem to have had little use.
A vintage stainless steel carving knife and fork . It is the Household Knife for carving meat, slicing bread etc. It was made in Japan, marked Stainless Steel Japan

It is all steel and it has a decorative blade and handle.

The knife appears to have hardly been used and it is in good condition apart from some marks and patination.
