This is a hand painted map of Minneapolis, including the north neighborhoods of Sumner and Glenwood, 1892. This map covers the area between Plymouth Avenue in the north to 6th Avenue in the south and Penn Avenue in the west to Lyndale Avenue in the east.

I began with a vintage map of the city, PRINTED the map on archival rag matte paper and then HAND PAINTED the map with museum quality watercolor.
