Blouse is cap sleeve and has shoulder pads. Excellent Vintage condition 100% rayon. MADE IN USA Measurements are approximate: Brand: Talbots Size: 10 Top to Bottom: Skirt measures: 23" and Blouse measures: 25" Waist: Skirt measures 14" (so approximately 28" around) Pit to Pit: Blouse measures: 21" Sleeves: Cap Please check measurements vintage runs small. I would say this is closer to a 6/8. Flaws: minor flaw, the clasp that is on the farthest interior is on sale needing to be sewn back on, on ones side. it is still there, just loose.
