Souvenir Shell Scrapbook Album from Germany, 1920s. Decorated with a number of shell types, including spiral, drill, conch and scallop. Some shells on sale have a pearlescent finish.

Please note: Wear is commensurate with age, and the scrapbook is in fair to good condition. There is some bumping to the corners, spine and edges, and one of the tissue guards has a 1.5cm tear towards the bottom of the page. The card cover on the bottom corner of the spine has started to lift from the spine itself, and some shells are slightly chipped or snagged in places -please see photos. This is a rare item and the wear has been taken into account when pricing.
