Only worn once. All pieces intact but to my knowledge the glue could be loose on pieces. This is a normal thing with uwowo though and can be fixed with a hot glue gun. Includes her wig which was worn once as well. I have the socks which have been cleaned but i understand if you want me to exclude them!
