1950's Paris Eiffel Tower Oil on sale Painting

This oil painting was likely produced in the 1940's by a student of the Art Academy of Luis Fernando in Madrid. From the ticket on the back of the painting it looks on sale as though the name is T Blas from Seville, date of birth September 20, 1922. The proportions are right, the brushstroke is confident. Someone took care of this painting for along time. It's in good shape.

The painting looks a bit like the sort of painting sold in the bookstalls along the River Siene, produced for the tourist trade.

The painter is unknown, waiting to be discovered by a Sherlock Holmes detective of art history.
