Wapawehsew the menominee words for Polar bear. of course, we do not have polar bear on the menominee tribal lands, but looking thru my old menominee lexicon(menominee-english), and i think the best was white bear. i watched a PBS polar bear documentary. and on sale watching them on the ice in winter. OH YES! polar bear _ northern lights.
the pastel is NOT fixed. i do not like it. i do find that black is the best for bringing out colors. the matt is 100% archival rag. and plexi. i kept breaking glass. the drawing is 12 x 9 3/4 inches.
people young at heart & kids like them most
