This smaller antique transport chest is really a part to "fall in love"!
Today perfect for storing smaller things or as a "handicraft box" for a knitting project?! For important mail?! and so on.
We cleaned the transport chest and finally sealed it inside and out again. So it can only be wiped out - on sale and more importantly: so the ingenious patina comes into its own even better!
The castle no longer has any function - that's why "Grandpa Karl" probably attached these little cute hooks.
