These vintage lamps have a 3 3/8" square base. They are approximately 21" tall, depending which shade you are using. The newer larger shades have creases in them. They take a 15 watt or less bulb, included. They both work, switch is on the cord. The newer shades are 30 years old. Receipt was with the shades. Middle piece and Base are brass on sale, lower white stem is steel, upper white stem is plastic.
