Isn't this exquisite? The porcelain front of this hand mirror features a gorgeous large bouquet of peony roses, pink daisies, on sale hydrangea and chrysanthemum. The mirror is original, bevelled, intact (no cracks or chips etc). The brass framing is rather special - coated in an iridescent paint, and engraved with art nouveau-style tulip flourishes.

For collectors:
Late 18th century-early 19th century, Art Nouveau period. American-assembled, French or German export porcelain. This piece is noteworthy for the condition of the mirror.
