Elegant gold dragons on a rich red teacup! A very unusual and exciting teacup!
Measures approximately: Cup Measures: 2 1/4" high & 4" across.
The saucer measures 5 3/4" diameter
This cup and saucer are in Very good Vintage condition with no visible chips, cracks or crazing, and have a lovely ping. Gold is intact . red has a few tiny white marks
Please note antique and vintage pieces are considered used and while most of the pieces we sell probably never saw much tea, there may be imperfections or slight wear on sale which is natural for their age. We do our best to point out any imperfections in the description and photos.
Gilding is generally hand painted and therefore not always uniform in consistency. Additionally age may discolor the gilding, giving it a richer patina. Many of our cups are well over 50 years old and this is to be expected with vintage items. If there is any aging to to the gold trim or it has worn off from use we will do our best to point this out.
Please ask questions prior to purchasing. We want you to love your teacup as much as we do!
We take close up photos which, though they show the condition of the tea cup, can make cups appear larger than they are.
