Fully functional, stand included. Hate to let it go but I must. In great on sale condition, minor blade scuffs. The plastic collar and handle trim pieces had started to deteriorate and became sticky so I removed, cleaned and repainted them. They now have a smooth, dry texture. Two of the trim pieces were repaired as well. These are hard to find in this condition. Thanks for looking!.
