These personalized moving announcements are the perfect way to let your friends and family know the new details for your new digs! You can order these as a post card or a card with an envelope. If you opt for the envelope, they come with blank white envelopes, but you can upgrade to colored envelopes if you would like, just let me know in the notes when checking out and I can get you a quote.

♥ This listing is the full payment for your announcements, but please note that nothing will be printed or shipped until you approve your final proofs. No additional payment will be needed unless you add on additional items.

♥ Proofs will be e-mailed to etsy account messaging or to email address provided within FIVE (5) Business days until approval for printing is given.

♥ Once approved, Printing will take 3 business days and Shipping will vary based on your location between 2 to 7 Business days. (Faster shipping the closer to Florida you are)

Included in the purchase price is the following:
♥ All wording customized to your liking
♥ 3 rounds of revisions (if needed)
♥ Proofs in jpeg image format
♥ Color changes can be made
♥ All cards will be printed on 120# thick Card Stock
♥ Blank White Envelopes are included with card + envelope purchases

Customization fees will be required for changes to:
♥ Major Layout changes
♥ Mixing and matching designs

So you might be thinking, this all looks great, Emily… but how the heck does this work??

Allow me to explain!

♥ Once your payment is received, please submit the wording/details for your announcements. You can include it in the notes to seller when you checkout, you can message it to me through Etsy, or you can email it to me at emily [!at] featheredheartprints.com. Please include:

1) Name of family or names as you would like them to appear
2) Location moving FROM
3) Location moving TO
4) New address information as you would like it to appear
5) Changes to colors
6) Changes to wording
7) Any other changes/notes

♥ Once I have all your information I will create your custom proofs for you within Five (5) business days. Business days are Monday Through Friday. Once your proofs are ready, I will send you the proofs through Etsy or at the email on your Etsy account unless you would prefer a different method (just let me know!) Please make sure you are checking these accounts to ensure faster turnaround on revisions (if needed)

♥ This is when you should take some time to review your proofs, make sure there aren't any spelling/grammatical errors etc. Then send me any revisions you would like. You have up to 3 ROUNDS of revisions included in the purchase price, so for the most time effective strategy I recommend that you take your time and make a list of the changes you want, rather than lots of separate messages with individual changes whenever possible. Revisions will take about 2-5 Business days depending on the revision. If you need more than 3 rounds of revisions, they can be purchased for 15.00 per round.

♥ Once you on sale are happy with the final product let me know that you are ready for printing. If you need additional items I will make you a deposit listing for the balance before printing, if you don't need additional items no further payment will be needed. At this time I no longer provide the digital files for DIY printing. If you are international please contact me for shipping rates to your country.

Printing will take 3 business days and shipping will take up to 5 to 7 business days for domestic orders. If you need faster shipping let me know and I can get you a quote for expedited shipping

**Please Note** Observed business days are Monday through Friday only and exclude major holidays. Emailing me to check on the progress of proofs within the 5 business days will potentially delay the process.

Your proofs will be in digital files. Turnaround time is approximately 5 business days (Mon-Fri) for the first draft and 2-5 business days for revisions depending on the magnitude of the revision. Upon approval I will send your files off for printing. Please review your proof carefully! Once approved, I am not liable for any errors or omissions.
