70s vintage on sale big square aviator sunglasses made in Italy. Luxury real glass polarising lenses in a vibrant mottled brown frame. Mens aviators

Produced at the end of the 70s when there was a craze for polarised lenses which explains this light tone lens style that was particular to that period and is so commonplace in the film characters of the time. We'd say they are big enough to provide some credible mojo but not big enough to be charged with hipsterism in other words for the Ronnie Woods type person in a band who needs to look cool and authentic, but not necessarily too flamboyant.
Please note that glass is now a specialist product in todays market thats exponentially more expensive than plastics in exactly the same way as laminate vs wooden flooring etc. Add to this the fact that the polarising still actually works ( although it's not very dark ) is a testament to their quality as we've had countless examples where it did not.
Made in Italy.
Used and pre owned in excellent condition except for a 2mm scratch on the right lens which is too small to capture in the pictures.
