For the best fit, please measure your wrist with a measuring tape and add 1/2 inch for a snug/just right fit or on sale 1 inch for a looser fit.

If you don't have a measuring tape, use a piece of yarn or another non stretchy string or ribbon and then measure that with a ruler.
