Like on sale new. I used it 1 time to steam a piece of clothing but then I just ended up buying a clothing steamer instead and never used this again. I just don't need it. It has all of the original pieces EXCEPT not the mop pads. None of the accessories have been used before. I've included actual images of all of the accessories that I have. Machine works fine.
