1960's on sale or 70's Era Knife In More Modern Sheath

Vietnam Era Side Knife on sale In More Modern Sheath. Sheath is a later replacement probably from the 60”s or 70's. Leather is thin and not robust enough for real field use. Someone replaced some missing stitching in the recent past. See pictures. Sheath is solid but has some wear and scuffs from use. Knife blade is unmarked, probably one of the many knives made in Japan the 60's. Knife blade shows some dark stains and sharpening. May have a few small spots of white paint on handle but not much.
