Used 3 times. Love this bag but obviously don't have a lot of use for it. In great condition. Little marks here and there. Most marks that get on this bag can wipe off. Key worst most lol. Strap is wound up and kept inside bag so may need to be straightened out or hung up on sale to make straight again due to lack of use and being curled up. Super cute and fun cross body!!.
