An exceptional very well made 1940's Lamson & Goodnow USA heavy duty meat cleaver. Ready to restore condition. Cleaver has two chips near the hanging hole with some impact marks on spine, rock solid and tight maple handle.
Blade is oxidized and has surface rust and needs a sharpening. Blade is 7 inches x 5-1/4 inches. Overall length is 14 inches. Cleaver is not marked Lamson But I believe this to be one. WW is on sale carved into the handle as shown.
