Instead, please take pictures of the box at a angle (showing “FRAGILE “ all over it and any damage to the box), the top flap with shipping labels, wrapping and packing materials, and the breakage. Then email them to us and as a courtesy, we will then file a USPS/FedEx Online claim from our end.
