PS4 Slim barely used by on sale my sister (used only handful of times) and the controller is in pristine condition. Games and headset are included and were mine for my PS4. All games work. Comes with power cord and HDMI cable. Picture shown with TV screen is just showing that I initialized the PS4 and it's ready to be reset up for somebody else. to answer any questions I was just looking at other listings for the PS4 slim, and all of them are listed a little bit higher. Ours is just listed lower because we're wanting to sell this item fast.
