1970s Floral Maxi on sale Dress

This is an amazing flowy floral maxi dress from the 1970s. The fabric feels like a very thin and stretchy polyester but there are no garment tags to verify. The top black portion of the dress is slightly thicker than the bottom floral portion. The bottom seems very thin and breathable and is slightly sheer and just has an overall soft slinky feeling. The floral portion of the dress does have some areas of wear and tare and staining, but it's such a busy print it not on sale terribly noticeable. There is a rip at the bottom of the dress as seen in the last photo, I will be sewing the area back together once it's purchased. There are no sizing tags so please compare your measurements to those below.



All measurements are taken flat then doubled for total circumference.
