•Bought Open Box from Best Buy and used for awhile, but I sold my Ipad and have no use for it anymore •open to any offers:) •apple pencil is most likely out of charge because I sold my Ipad and haven't been able to charge, but once it charges for on sale awhile it can be connected to an ipad.
