FOSTORIA GLASS on sale COMPANY - Vaseline Opalescent – Heirloom – 10” Plate made in the early 1960's EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH NO CHIPS CRACKS OR FLAWS. Fostoria Opened in 1887 in Fostoria OH, and moved to Moundsville WV several years later, for it's supply of natural gas, which was needed in making glass. One of the most popular patterns produced in Fostoria, was the American Pattern, follower by the Colony Pattern. During the 1920's Fostoria made Colored Crystal, and developed Etch Patterns such as June, Versallies, and Navarre.
