A gorgeous, vintage 1950's, 12k gold over Sterling Silver vermeil, carved shell cameo brooch that can also be worn as a pendant.

It features a highly detailed carved shell oval cameo of a woman with a flower adorning her upswept hair framed in a lacy, open work filigree design.

This brooch on sale is signed STERLING and KL, for Karen Lynne who carved beautiful cameos for the Charles Rothman Company starting in the 1950's.
