Three hardwood peices that work great together, the top and bottom are made with Red Oak and Hard Maple that are book matched together, and the sides are made with Hickory and Hard Maple also book matched. The box is all solid wood, and no plywood or veneer are used. The hinges and latch are brass, and the lid has felt bumpers on and the bottom has felt pads.
This box does on sale have oak stain on which pulls the three hardwood together nicely. when the stain has fully cured the box then receives many coats of Danish oil all hand rubbed, which makes for a smooth and durable finish.
This box is 9.25" long by 6.75" wide by 4.5" tall.
