You will only need to do two steps to use the printer. 1) need to buy the cartridges CMYK brand type: HP 933 for cyan, magenta and yellow, and 932 for Black, you can find it online, Walmart, Office Depot, CVS or even at staples. In a edition you will have to go to hp.com to download the software to use the printer whether it's OFFICE JET 7610 or 7612 large format printer. This printer comes with a free rim of color 28lb paper. This printer can do up to 13”x19” jobs, full inkjet for graphic designers and artists.
