50's Buttercup Yellow Party Dress - on sale Mid Century - 1950s vintage

Fabulous 1950's Party Dress in a lovely buttercup yellow. This dress is totally something that a mid-century Belle, from "Beauty and the Beast" would wear! The fabric looks like a chiffon (or similar) sheer outer layer, that is ruched a bit on the right side on sale to give it lots of texture. Zipper down the back. I imagine someone very petite owned this dress previously, since it looks like a couple darts were put in to make the arm holes and bust quite small. Please check the measurements below.
