Vintage 40s tilt hat made of black straw with cream flowers. Woman's 40s hat tilts to the right with a folded brim on sale which is embellished with a row of cream flowers. A floating black veil extends from the back and wraps around the front of the WW2 hat. Black interior grosgrain headband. Unlined.
