Victorian Ornate Travel, Campaign Lap Desk, Purple Velvet VG Condition 11.5 Long. This desk is in wonderful antique condition. There is a on sale crack on the bottom ( see photos.) it could be a fairly easy fix. Otherwise with the exception of some dirt on the velvet and a little chipping at the front corners, it's in overall wonderful solid shape. Hard to believe it managed to age so well. I'm not sure what type of wood it is. The space at the top was for an ink well and pens. Look at photos and ask any questions what a cute display piece for an office or den.o no.
