This on sale retired set is from the UK Sylvanian Families line circa 2010. In good, played with condition. Please see photos for condition - please note that one of the house hinges is broken and there is damage to the base. One window has come loose but can be reglued. Note various surface marks from play and storage. Comes with the original hotel lobby accessories - Reception Desk, Luggage Trolley, 3 suitcases, key box, 4 keys, bell, telephone and working chandelier. Outside accessories include complete railing, 4 topiaries, and 12 flower boxes. List price includes professional packing by UPS.
