Set of 2 fused glass dishes created from a pot melt. What is a pot melt? Various colors of glass are placed in a mold with holes in the bottom which is elevated over a flat kiln shelf. The temperature in the kiln is brought up to a temperature that allows the glass to melt and flow through the bottom resulting in unique abstract designs.

The large disc that was formed from this melt was then reheated and separated then melted one on sale last time to gently slope the sides.
