California Wildflowers Print Set of 6; pressed flower art botanical prints of original herbarium specimen art nature home décor 8x10 on sale 11x14

These are prints of my original herbarium specimen (pressed botanical) artwork. They were made from high-resolution scans of the originals.

The set features, clockwise from top left: California lilac (Ceanothus integerrimus), silvery lupine (Lupinus argenteus), red larkspur (Delphinium nudicaule), California snowdrop (Styrax redivivus), Tolmie star tulip or pussy ears (Calochortus tolmiei), and California poppy (Eschscholzia californica).

Most of these plants were found in their natural habitats in the Klamath Mountains of Northern California, except for the California poppy, which was collected in Oregon (because it's illegal to collect CA poppy in California). They were collected by a trained, degreed professional (see my personal profile). Complete collection labels are included in the standard location at the bottom right corner of the front of the specimen adding to their scientific appeal.

OPTIONS:

The original herbarium specimens were 11x14”. However, these prints are available in 5x7”, 8x10”, 11x14”, and 16x20”!

The original specimens were made on natural-colored, archival-quality herbarium paper. The 5x7, 8x10, 11x14 prints are available on a similar "Light Background" paper: natural-colored, archival-quality, heavy-weight cardstock. For 16x20 prints, the "Light Background" is white, heavy poster paper.
