The on sale Pteranodon

One of the famous flying reptiles the Pteranodon soared across the north American skies looking like a cross between a giant bat and a large pelican. It had the wing span of a small plane and yet weighed no more than a large turkey. It lived alongside a land locked ocean, probably in Cliff top colonies, from which it could launch itself on marathon fishing expeditions. There were many kinds of flying reptiles. Early ones were small, with teeth to eat insects and fish. Later ones on sale were huge, with toothless or bristle- lined bills.
