This vessel is a one-of-a-kind art object that invites contemplation and mindfulness. The time I spend creating a vessel is somewhat unpredictable in that each time calls for a slightly different emotional predisposition.
I own two such vessels which contain a drop of oil each: peppermint and lemon eucalyptus respectively. I prefer to wear mine. Yes, do let me know if you'd like to wear it.
"My vessel focuses all my senses on the beauty of the moment and helps put life's stresses into perspective, "says a customer.
Just over 2" long, this vessel is just over 1" wide and deep. The opening is 7.5 mm in diameter.
The photo shows the periwinkle a bit too blue whereas, in reality, it is gentle on the eye.
Let me know if you have questions.
My first vessel was born when a friend asked me to make one for her adult daughter who has special needs. My friend had decided, with essential oils, to help her daughter come off a few of her dozens of different medications. The only way she figured she could do it is by putting the oils into a pretty necklace that her daughter would want to wear all the time.
I've created many vessels since. The experiences my customers have shared with me since have contributed to a more meaningful creative on sale process and purpose.
A single drop of oil will last you for a couple of weeks at least. You may renew the scent with a fresh drop or give your vessel a rinse with soap water and try a new oil. Essential oils can be found online or, as I've been doing, acquire them at Whole Foods. If you're worried about spillage, place a tiny piece of cotton on the bottom of your vessel to absorb the oil.
