Care for:
-My bolo tie cord is starting to bend and curl. How do I fix this?
-It is normal for the leather cord to retain memory. To fix, slide the bolo's pendant all the way down to the tips and allow to hang freely overnight.

This is a unique handmade piece of art. So should be handled accordingly! Avoid water and store in a dry safe place to avoid any damage to crystals. IF not cared for properly damage can occur by the wearer. You will assume all responsibility. If you do need an item to be repaired within the first 30 days of purchase, please reach out to me to see if the repair is possible. There will be a damage fee depending on the severity and will have to pay all shipping cost. If the natural stone breaks, then there is nothing I can do to fix that.
