Like new. I've used them about a half dozen times, and that was mainly to see if they were still in good condition. They are. They were gifted to me and they sound great, but I'm an audio engineer and I mix with on sale the earbuds I generally use as a listener (so as not to be thrown off), and I have never had a use for them. MSRP was 279.95. There are some odd creases in the pads, but that seems to be normal for these and due to aging. Only ship to continental US.
