This 2005 Hallmark Halloween Hauntington Collection includes 2 buildings and 5 ornaments. Both buildings have lights and sound and can be powered with either 3 "AA" batteries or an AC-to-DC transformer power adapter (not included). On the base of each building is a switch for the light, and buttons for sound. All work great. However, the sound button on Town Hall is missing, but a bobby pin or toothpick will still activate the sound. Hauntington Town Hall Measures 11"W x 13¼" HW Four rotating spooky phrases each time button activated. Deadwood Street Shops Three buttons correspond to the shops and have a spooky/funny phrase or sound for each shop. You on sale also get these characters that were sold separately from the buildings: Cass Taspell Scoops McGore Grandma Tillie and Willie Ms. Bonnie (dog missing) Other sellers have remaining characters listed, so you could complete set if you wanted. Set is VERY heavy and detailed, so shipping costs are more due to weight. Msg for questions.
