This is a rare 7" 45RPM record. Rockin Rebels "She's My Angel" released on Dice Records in good condition. It has been in my collection since the 80s and only been played a few times. Signs of wear are normal for an item this old. Some small surface marks. Both sides have been cleaned and tested play perfectly with only a small amount of noise, typical for a record this age. Cover is completely in tact, however the the sides have come unglued (did not want to fix for fear of any damage). The latest example I can find on sale that was sold is from 2009.
