This quilted art card was created by arranging and fusing individually cut out flowers, leaves and a vase to a heavy weighted two-sided fusible interfacing. Then it was machine quilted (free motion, raw edge applique) with a variety of embroidery threads.
It takes several hours to design, thread paint and finish each of my art cards. I pay attention to every detail.
You can write on the back of the card with a permanent, water resistant marker or with a ballpoint pen (Pigma Micron archival pen seems to work the best). This piece DOESN'T come with an envelope. The size of the card is 6" x 8" and it can be easily framed or displayed on an easel. Great as a gift!
