How to Make an order-

*Place an order to make the purchase.

*Add details within the order- Name, gender, type of animal
*If this is a memorial piece, please clarify here!

*Immediately after you place order, send an email to NastalChicArt [!at] gmail.com (also listed in the Contact Tab where you can message with questions) with pet name associated with the order, at least 3 good quality high resolution photos, and up to 3 background colors of choice (if you do not specify, a color will be chosen for you), and preferred size.

*Additional details about your pet are much appreciated! (Your favorite characteristic or detail that may not have shown up well in photos)
*Note- If you are doing a younger version on sale of your pet, please be sure to send only pictures of them from the age group you are trying to capture. For example, if you would like a puppy portrait done, I would need at least 3 good quality high resolution photos of them as a puppy rather than 1 as a puppy and 2 as an adult.


*I will reply with order confirmation-pictures have been received and all details of portrait have been communicated clearly-the painting will take 2-4 business days to complete, and 5-7 business days for shipping, making an estimated 7-14 days for arrival.

*If you are ordering a customized portrait of your choice of an animal rather than a pet, please follow the same directions in sending pictures of the animal.

*Portrait will be sold as paper art, original, and signed.
