This set was built once then taken apart. The stickers were not used and all pieces are included. The light set comes with it as well. The light set was never put on, but 1 or 2 bags have been opened. I don't know if the lights work as they have never been put on or tested. There is no refund for the on sale lights if they do not work, they are just being included.
