I have attempted multiple easy-fix methods and all have failed. Laptop was was shy of 6 months old, brand new out of the box. I am actively seeking out a company to assess the damage and fix/refurbish it. This laptop was given to me for work by a previous employer. Instead of assessing & refurbishing the current laptop they sent me a brand new laptop & was told to trash this one.
