Vintage Universal L.S. & C Leather Tool Cobblers Knife

Vintage leather working tool, pull knife of some sort. Made of carbon steel for its age, has a nice patina to it with very minimal pitting to it. Handle is in very good vintage condition also, no cracks, splits or wiggles to it, couple of paint specs thou. The brass collar has two splits in it. Edge could use a sharpening.
