The Herb Gatherer is OOAK and hand made using clay, paints, wire, foam, paper, moss and natural materials. Her head and arms are sculpted with low fire clay.
Her cape is made from a vintage doily that has been hand-dyed to a bright gold-yellow using natural Turmeric spice powder.
Her cap is a real gourd stem, cleaned, dried and painted- There is a clay-sculpted blackbird perched on the stem of her hat.
In her arms she holds a bundle of dried, lemon-thyme herbs that I grew in my garden. Her arms are adjustable and can hold other fresh/dried herbs as desired.
