Huge Vintage Mortar Pestle, If your looking to pound and mash plenty of herbs this this would be the Mortar and Pestle for it!
Pestle is 9 1/8" long and weighs almost 1/2 pound alone. Mortar is 7 1/2" tall with 6" outside diameter and 5 1/2" bottom diameter. Both together on sale weighs over 2 1/2 pound.. Wood Mortar is old well used with wear to finish small solid crack at base seen in last picture, nice Patina and still looks and works great! Comes with Pestle with hand painted tree designs.
Guessing made before 1997. Largest Mortar Pestle I've seen yet!
