1930s Vintage Bookend with Dancing Girl OR Boy Playing Accordion, Antique Marble Bookends with Children in on sale Red & White

This is a figural bookend depicting children in bright red outfits. The boy is playing an accordion and the girl is dancing. They are mounted on white stone bases on sale. The girl appears to have "1045 Italy" etched into the stone base. My research on this set indicates that they were made in the 1930s. Either one would make a charming addition to a book shelf display or child's nursery.

These bookends are in good antique condition with typical wear and age. There is some paint loss on the figures, common for this type of bookend. There is a repaired break on the boy's leg (see 4th photo) which is actually nicely done and not obvious unless you hunt for it. We are selling these bookends individually with a discounted price on the repaired item.

The bookends stand about 7" tall by 3" wide and 4" deep.
