Brand new. Never lit a candle in it but the bottom does have velvet so little fuzzies get stuck. Im sure they're easily removed. Very rare. Very hard to find piece. Bath & Body works silver metalic finish LOVE 3 wick candle holder. It wraps around with "balloon" lettering and on sale has hearts. I'm still debating on whether I want to sell it or not but also haven't found any to compare to for pricing.
